DenGlass Auto Limited ("DenGlassAuto", "we", "us") provides auto glass sales, replacement, repair, ADAS calibration, and related advisory services across Kenya. Our registered head office is on Ngong Road, Nairobi, Kenya.

2. Information we collect
Contact details you give us when you request a quote, book a service, or send a message: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make and model, and complaint details.
Documents you upload to GapCheck, such as your insurer's total-loss valuation report, vehicle identification, mileage, and comparable-listing preferences you submit with it.
Communication records: calls, text messages, and WhatsApp conversations with our sales and technician teams.
Newsletter email address, if you choose to subscribe.
Technical data such as cookies needed to remember your cookie preference and basic anonymous usage information. We do not sell advertising profiles.
3. How we use it
To prepare and send quotes, price confirmations, and job schedules.
To order matching glass and parts for your vehicle.
To analyse GapCheck reports, verify market comparables, and produce the gap summary you asked for.
To send service updates, technician arrival notifications, warranty confirmations, and — only if you subscribed — occasional offers and tips.
To meet tax, warranty, and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share only what is necessary with: our branch network and technicians who perform your work; email and messaging providers that deliver our communications; insurers or adjusters where you explicitly authorise a GapCheck submission on your behalf; and professional advisers or regulators where the law requires it.
5. Storage and retention
Quote and job records are retained for the duration of the warranty plus the period required for accounting purposes.
GapCheck reports are retained only as long as needed to complete your gap review and any dispute you ask us to support. You can request deletion of your uploaded report at any time.
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; our emails always carry an unsubscribe instruction.
6. Security
Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to serve you. Uploaded GapCheck documents are handled as confidential material and are not reused for marketing or resold.
7. Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data we no longer need, and withdrawal of consent for marketing.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The current version is always published on this page with its revision date.
