Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Services covered

These terms apply to all work and sales carried out by DenGlass Auto Limited: windscreen and auto glass replacement, chip repair, Side & rear glass, ADAS calibration, catalogue parts sales, and advisory services such as GapCheck offer reviews.

2. Quotes and catalogue pricing

Catalogue listings are shown without prices. Written pricing is provided on request so that it reflects your exact vehicle model, production year, glass feature set (rain sensor, heated, camera bracket), and current landed cost.

Quotes are free and set out the parts, consumables, and labour included. A quote remains valid for seven days or as stated on it.

Where a supply constraint or model change notice affects price or delivery lead time, we will inform you before confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion unless a signed invoice states otherwise. We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile money.

Trade customers may apply for account terms. Statutory taxes are included or itemised as indicated on the invoice.

4. Workmanship and material warranty

We warrant our installation workmanship for the lifetime of your ownership of the vehicle working on the original job. Materials carry the warranty stated on your invoice or supplied by the glass manufacturer.

The warranty excludes damage from collision, vandalism, improper post-repair handling (for example, driving before adhesive cure time lapses, or using a high-pressure wash on fresh bonds), and non-genuine parts installed by others.

5. Scheduling and vehicle handover

Typical turnaround is 2–3 hours for a windscreen; some models or calibrations take longer and we will advise at booking.

Safe-drive-away time after bonding is one hour minimum unless stated otherwise on your job card. Mobile service requires adequate parking and shelter where weather demands it.

After a windscreen replacement on a vehicle with a camera-based driver assistance system, ADAS calibration may be required for lane-keeping and emergency braking features to work correctly. We will tell you when it applies.

6. Customer responsibilities

You confirm that the vehicle is lawfully yours or that you are authorised to have work done on it, and that you have removed valuables from the cabin.

Where a part was ordered specifically for your vehicle after quote acceptance and you later cancel, we may recover the sourcing cost already incurred.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the value of the affected invoice, except where Kenyan law does not permit such limitation.

GapCheck outputs are informational comparables and summaries to support your discussions with your insurer; they do not constitute a valuation opinion or a guarantee of any settlement amount.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be addressed in good faith first; unresolved matters fall to the competent courts of Kenya.
